Well it has been a few days since I posted last, so I will bring you up to speed as to what I was doing in the world of AION.
I Started out playing a mage and ascended to a Spirit Master, I leveled to 13 and was getting aggravated that my fire spirit pet would die after 2 mobs and sometimes during the second mob, it was even more annoying to have to set my pet on rest status after each fight. So I shelved him for a little while, yes I will return to play him as they are still fun to play. I decided to try out a warrior. I made it to level 9 and then it was time to ascend - now I got to figure out Gladiator or Templar. After much contemplating I chose Templar. Wrong choice for me. I thought I was going to be a tank from the beginning and just kill slow, which I was okay with. My Templar started out good until I was in the area with level 12's and 13's, and yes I was level 12. I had such a hard time staying alive against mobs my own level or one level higher. I had to use a potion every time or just run away. I was getting frustrated to no end. So after much research I found that the Templar really shines on their own around level 30, I also found that from 10 to 30 it's best to level with a healer. So I decided to re-roll again.
"Hi my name is Sev and I'm and Altaholic."
everyone - "Hi Sev!"
"My Altism started at en early gaming time in my life, I didn't think it would happen to me. I wasn't going to be one of those people! Sure I played Mario and switched to Luigi a lot, but I was okay it was just a little switch of toons. Then it started to branch to other games and I slowly got worse. I went from just switching to Luigi to having issues playing KOTOR with all the characters you can use and level up. I was still in denial. Then came the World of Warcraft, I become an instant alt junkie. I knew I had a problem when I would log in and stare at the character selection and try to convince myself on which toon I should level.....Oh sorry back to this post"
Now where was I........ oh yes, I re-rolled a warrior again. I have played the starter zone enough times to actually have my new warrior ascend to Gladiator in 3h12m.. not bad. I have been happy with my choice to play a Gladiator. I am now level 16 and am able to solo mobs that are up to 4 levels higher then me, not to mention I can take up to 3 mobs my level with little to no issue. I will continue on my journey as a Gladiator and once I reach 50 then I will switch to an alt and control my alt abuse.
I don't have a problem!
I can quit anytime I want!
